HOUSE FLIPPER LUXURY DLC FREE
This includes properties added via free “seasonal” updates. These properties are available to everyone, regardless of whether or not you own any DLCs. That’s why I’ve decided not to “spoiler tag” my guide. I hope this is a suitable compromise between letting you pick a house with a secret if you wish and not having too many spoilers. – The locations of secrets are mentioned, without the secrets themselves being revealed. After all, re-purposing rooms and/or knocking down walls is part of the fun of House Flipper! – The number of bedrooms is not mentioned in the description, unless the original layout is very unusual. Gardens need weeding, mowing, planting and equipping, unless otherwise stated. So, a garden is “large” if it feels large. – Garden sizes are given relative to the size of the house. by selling them and buying new ones, then using the hammer to install). – The Luxury DLC has introduced “one-touch” replacement of windows and staircases. – Instead of painting you can, of course, also do wallpapering, panelling or tiling. That’s why I’ve decided not to mention them. Some players prefer to sell these, and the radiator plumbing systems, to get some cash and make furniture placement easier. – Many properties contain radiators and towel radiators. – “Room rearrangement” means re-purposing and/or wall demolition.
– ALL houses need trash removal and cleaning, so these aren’t mentioned unless they are the Only task required.
I feel this to be more useful than listing them by price, as it is a better indicator of how much work needs to be done to each one. – Houses are listed by Floor Area in square metres. Includes all DLCs, will be updated as needed. It might also be helpful in deciding which DLC to buy next.
